If 2:15 is the time between your arrival from AMM and departure to MAN and you'll have to transfer from T1 (BA) or T3 (RJ) to T5 and clear immigration then you won't have very much time to enjoy either of the lounges IMHO.

When you get through flight connections, immigration and security at T5 you'll be very close to Galleries North, which as BBB already said, is closest to the T5 domestic departure gates.

Galleries South is at the other end of T5, so if you choose to spend time there then you'll have to walk the length of T5 to get there, and then a similar distance back to the departure gate for MAN.

That said, I used to prefer Galleries North but now always use Galleries South because it's larger and, IME quieter and less crowded than North.
