Dry ice and vaccinations
Not sure where to post - as it is depending on different parties I guess.

We live in China and some vaccinations are not available here so we need to buy it in HKG. The international clinic here told us that we need to keep the vaccinations in a coolpack with dry ice during the flight. Questions is - is this allowed to take with your carry on at HK airport and/or traveling with KA/CX?

Does anyone have other options they tried before?
