Indeed, on Saturdays this is pretty much guaranteed due to low use of the lounge. I was the only punter for several hours a few Saturdays ago. They will rustle up any breakfast combination you like fairly quickly, and it's not a bad arrangement really. Mondays and Fridays there generally is a buffet since useage is a lot higher, midweeks and later on generally not.
