Interesting. I tried it again after sending my message and it worked just fine. The agent I spoke to also said she could access my reservation this way.

With the change in systems, confirmation numbers were changed. This seemed to be part of the problem. But when I tried it as I described, it worked just fine.

I don't know if there is an Elite line or not? I'm Gold, so perhaps that got me in the shorter line (probably 40-45 fewer people in this line) or perhaps I was lucky? (although I have been sent to the short line the last 2 times I've flown). This is after you stand in the long line just to have your ticket/passport checked. Maybe 20-25minutes in the long line. Not too bad. The line seemed shorter at the South checkpoint.
