No, there is only one North lounge, which is the one just by the pub, next to the North security. Smaller, with high ceilings and overlooking the end of the runway and the domestic departure gates 1-6...

At the south end is where you have the larger club lounge, the first lounge and the Concorde room.

Give them both a try... You never know, you may feel differently this time. The thing about the North lounge, is that, at certain times of day, usually peak morning and afternoon/evening flight times, it is rammed because it is directly above the domestic departure gates and a lot of people with domestic flights will stick to that lounge so they are close by to the gate for their flight etc... So, depending on your time at T5, it might be a lot quieter this time.
