Citi Link 2
Hi. I just applied to link 2 then got through to a rep on chat asking for more info. They asked me to send this in:
We apologize that we are unable to give you a final decision today. You will be receiving a letter from us within a week requesting additional information. The letter will be requesting a copy of your residential phone bill, dated within the past 60 days, stating your name, mailing address and phone number. Cellular phone bills are not acceptable. You could also send a utility bill copy that must be dated within the past 60 days, and state your name and mailing address.
Never had this before for cards but we recently moved to a new place a couple of months ago. Never applied for a citi card before so not sure if it Citi policy for new applicants. Anyone know? Thanks
