Saigon, thanks for your help, but it didn't work for me. Unsure why the agents couldn't check us in over the phone either. Is there an Elite line, or does Elite just go with the regular coach lines at the counter? We are leaving from SEA, SFO, and LAX, my kids are traveling alone and they're the ones I'm mostly worried about.
