Though NH does offer a complimentary hotel stay for certain ex-CN itineraries, you will not be eligible for these since you are redeeming an award.

Fortunately hotels near NRT and in the nearby city of Narita are usually fairly inexpensive. Given your flight times you might even consider heading into Tokyo.
