Good day/night everyone. I hope I am posting this question in the correct forum. I will be arriving in Narita from Vienna @ 7:40am (07:40) flying on Austrian airlines in Business Class. Is there a lounge I can use for arrival? I would like to shower before heading into Tokyo.

Also, on my departure, it's Narita to Zurich flying on Swiss airline in Business class. Which lounges do I have access to with my plane ticket and which lounges would you guys suggest I go to?
