I stayed here last month and as a platinum guest, I received:

-upgraded to a high floor Lake view, but no suite upgrade (sold out for the night)
-500 starpoints amenity
-free internet
-offered late checkout (declined since I had an early morning flight)

great property if you can get a great deal! very chic hotel
