I dont know Beijing well so can't be specific about comparisons with other areas. However, if I pinpoint the location perhaps someone more familir with the area can offer further advice.

The hotel is close to Hujialou on line 6, the station entrance being about 300m south of the hotel on the corner of Chaoyang North Road. It is also exactly opposite Tuanjiehu Park.
