I agree that 2 hours is a rather long wait. This is his very first time in Hong Kong, and after given the options, (for now) he still wants to stick around till I get there. We will be going to hotels at Pacific Place.

I shall discuss this with him some more. Perhaps wait only if our arrivals are less than one hour apart.
