However, I called Chase Customer Support tonight and asked about EMV availability on the CSP, and she didn't know anything about any upcoming changes to CSP. (But maybe she just wasn't looped in?)

So, wait and see, I suppose. I'll be abroad for about a month early in the summer, so I'd love to get it before then.
