On a recent QF flight from SIN we got 'passengers and crew return to your seats and fasten seatbelts immediately' at high volume and sounding rather stressed. I thought this meant impending doom and quickly drank the remainder of my CdC - what followed was a slight bump, akin to going over a well-worn speed hump. Mind you it was an A380 and they do seem to smooth out the wobbles better.
