Quick question...I'm an AAirpass newbie. The only 'UP' fare in the MIA-LHR market is an RUP, which books into A on the 777. I believe the basis of this fare is business (R).

My understanding is that on AAirpass I can book A, D, or I. Since this is A and its a 777 (3-class), would my account be charged the Y rate or the J rate?

I'm guessing the J rate, as this would amount to a double upgrade if I were charged the Y rate, but curious if anyone else has booked international trips in A and how they were charged.
