The seat is excellent, a little bit mroe private than F. I flew in J this past Monday and had a great flight. My monitor in 3D was broken so I was moved to 12D, luckily it was pretty empty in J.
Service was great, I was even brought a snack from the bar to my seat, I guess this depends on how busy they are and how full the cabin is. Also snagged the duvet from the empty seat next to me and used it to sleep on.
I am planning another trip to Eurpoe this summer and I am deliberatley going out of my way to schedule this plane, NGBC is terrible compared to the new product.
