Q fare class ticket with First-A and Business-I legs
I'm looking at a Q fare class ticket that indeed has one Q leg, but also has some First-A and Business-I legs.

Will I get the +50% medallion miles for the A and I legs?

I know I won't for the Q leg, but wondered if the classes for the legs trumps the overall ticket fare class?
