For the OP, the meals will be identical to the meals on any other JFK-LHR flight and the seats will be much better - they've been discussed in several threads. A search of "77W" and "seat" will reveal some useful recent threads in the AA forum. Make sure you put terms in quotes as the search software doesn't like short search terms like "77W" unless they're in quotes.
