Sorry but leaving newspapers in the lounge is fine. Leaving glasses is fine. Leaving half drunk cans (or fully drunk) is fine.
It sounds like the cleaners turned up quickly and dealt with it ^
When I'm spending thousands on a ticket I Expect to be able to concentrate on important things (work, rest or play), not cleaning up.
If you know those six seat spaces, the papers took up three quarters of that.
The cleaners did a great job and I do think there are sufficient staff there.
I apologised because it looked as if it was me that had pretty much thrown four papers in the air and see what may!
The cans where brought down by the husband. He opened thm and then the wife announced they only had 90 minutes to get to b gates.
