I contacted the Plat. Concierge through online chat and she explained that due to the property rating the stay as ineligible (in my case and I guess in your case, too), she can contact the property immediately and I am supposed to receive a reply from the property within 4 days.
I contacted Plat Chat earlier today and was told that my stay had indeed posted to my account as not-eligible, and respectfully advised that nothing could be done until after the 7-day deadline had passed, as the hotel had the 7-day timeframe in which to make corrections.
