I suppose I only abbreviate the names in very informal situations, or when posting here on FT (though those might be one and the same).

But, saying this is "not the Aman way" seems a touch much, no?

Back to the topic at hand, I think we ought to have one, big Bali thread. How many different ones do we need? Too, while it's lovely, as 'Sanias (just teasing!) points out, there is much, MUCH more to Indonesia.
