There are no outside pockets on an AirBoss, Penny. They're all covered up by the handle strapping. (Well, there's a little one but it would be a tight squeeze to shove a 3-1-1 bag in there.)

I can partially concede the design on a larger bag where you want to keep everything 'compacted.' But on a Metro or smaller bag, that's just a real PITA.
