The OP is on a 2 class aircraft, both GLA flights use 3 class.

Row 7 on the 3 class is not really the back of J, but the back if the front section of J. Behind the galley you would find another 4 rows of J.
Thanks for that info, was 3 class of course - saw it was emptyish ahead in F on our flights; didn't venture further than the galley (loos) wasn't aware J went further
