I think Crocodile is mssing a "no" as in no lounge airside before immigration -- they are all in departures not arrivals. Best to go landside and meet there, 2 hours is a long time (of course UA can often be more than 2 hours late, so you might arrive first on CX). Meeting at a hotel would be more practical, HKG airport is large and easy to miss someone.
