Is anyone familiar with the numerous establishments lining the street on Petchaburi Rd Sois 10-14 (just to the west of Phaya Thai Rd)?

I've been passing through the area a few times recently and the south side of the road is packed with food and people.... just looking for a recommendation of where to start.
