IME it doesn't give you the correct information when you input your itinerary. It keeps advising you to get visas in advance to avoid vague unspecified but catastrophic problems in situations when an advance visa is not required. Yes it may be true that one can get a visa for any travel whether it is required or not, but this isn't something that a normal person needs to waste time and money on. I find these types of dire warnings to be misleading at best and fraudulent at worst.
