I recently flew Delta to Central America with my wife. Since one bag was complimentary for each of us and we checked 3 bags, one of the bags incurred a charge of $40. No problem there. However when I received my credit card statement both my wife and I were charged an additional $40. I already have disputed this with Amex however since we each were charged separately it may not be readily apparent this is a duplicate. Suggestions on who to contact at Delta to make sure they credit the duplicate charge?
