SRG, phone YouFirst and ask them to make a note on the bookings. I had exactly the same problem with MAN connection and as we will have skis etc etc couldn't take the risk even though I have done it before with no problems.
Thanks all. I phoned You First and explained, and they have "linked them together" (his words) but my partner is to explain at the desk she is onward flying First to JFK. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan
What is more worrying is if Air Malta won't check my bags all the way through - then I've got to collect them, pass through security, head to T5 and check back in. Flights at 1pm, flight in from Malta into T4 at 10.30am.
