I'd also recommend Reflexions restaurant. Not cheap, but excellent.

I generally leave a tip, despite the howls of laughter and hoots of derision from the other diners that know better. (I was going to leave a tip for you also for quoting my earlier reply, but need to get set up on Paypal first).
