As FLYGVA pointed out: Not available in Germany
Just checked prices for two hotels in Germany. Both offer only the "normal" saver discounts and even not attractive weekend rates.

The most absurd discount is a 10 % off for a non-refundable, non reebokable rate at DUS, TXL.

There is space for improvement, e.g. opening the C48MAR sale for Germany. @:-)
