Why would an FA "false cry"??
I would see no reason for an FA to "false cry"
Apology was genuine

On the legal side, while I am not an expert, I do not see how India can enforce a penalty on a foreign carrier, presumably operating in intl airspace. Plz correct me if I am wrong.
