I sent an email yesterday to Customer Service. What was even more atrocious is that I got shorted EQMs as they show my true routing LAX to GDL, not LAX to MEX, which is about two hundred miles shorter. I know this is automatic since that is what I flew, but you'd think it would have been flagged to give me at least the equivalent of LAX-MEX.
I asked for the 500 mile minimum EQMs for the Aero Mexico flight from GDL to MEX. I felt if I didn't I'd just get "regular" miles not any of the EQMs I was shorted.
