While I commend you for your feedback sent to the GM it would seem the extra fee's they charge for parking / spa access / resort fee do not deter you from returning and thus I doubt the GM or owners of the property will feel the need to do anything about them.

I agree the fee's like this are a disgrace and luckily have the option to fly to Asia and Indian Ocean as easily as the Puerto Rico or other North American resorts where these fees seem to exist and thus vote with my money!

So well dont for telling the GM but maybe you should have suggested you might not return as you feel the fee's charge on principal are wrong and a rip of for people especially Elites!
