an update for me: Tank Noodle (SE corner of Broadway & Argyle) serves a catfish in clay pot that is one of my current fave dishes. Tank Noodle's presentation is the best I've found, highly caramelized sauce w/delicious catfish, the other places I've had this dish at just never get the caramelization correct.
