This is the tricky part - It is not a permanent benefit, but neither a promotional benefit.

Basically, as soon as AMEX is able to renew its partnership with CX, you can continue to maintain CX MPC GO without flying.

So the length of the benefit depends on the AMEX-CX partnership.
