You should find several trains from Tours directly to CDG. On the SNCF site, enter Roissy (CDG Term 2 TGV or something like that option should pop up) as your destination. Travel time is for sure about 2 hours. Massy TGV to CDG is already 3/4 of an hour. While you don't have to drive through Paris again, I doubt, that you gain a lot of time. From Le Mans, car takes about 30 minutes more to CDG than TGV not counting the time you need to get from the freeway to the train station in Le Mans.
