I agree. To be fair, most of them do have kiosks fairly close.

Another approach is EWR (maybe this was the pmCO approach), where they just litter the halls with random kiosks. I think there's actually a good amount of sense to this. In IAD, it can take quite some walking to find one.

Ah, I had forgotten that BOS was on the website, as it had no CSC indicated on the map. Is this considered a "mini-hub" like LAX? Or are both of them just "non-hubs"?
