I called directly on 800-713-1220 to initiate the transfer. Points were deducted immediately on 3/13 from HA.

Have not received a call back and points have not posted yet. Don't think i will get a call back for confirmation as points are already deducted.

Edit: Points posted today March 21. Seems like they post on thursdays as few others reported last Thursday, March 14
