I understand that almost every airline has a very good policy concerning traveling unaccompanied minors, but what about traveling unaccompanied seniors who doesn’t speak English, doesn’t speak Mandarin, but otherwise perfectly healthy? All we need, is after checking-in, someone will lead my MIL through security, to the gate, and finally to her seat.

So my MIL is here visiting us (BIL accompanied her on the flight in), we have booked her a flight back to PEK on UAL in May (IAD-PEK). Will UAL or IAD in the airport offer any sort of service so that I don’t have to fly with her? I am willing to pay $1500USD for this, but rather not spend this money if I don’t have to.
