Generally I've found the GGL Team pretty good. They have been invaluable when things have gone wrong or where I needed assistance out of the ordinary.

I have had one or two situations where they have made errors too, or not done what was promised but they've always put it right when it happens. Sometimes they are uncertain of the nuances of the GGL scheme with conflicting information being offered.

Most of the time the phone is answered by a human without even a ring, the longest wait was not more than 2 or 3 minutes.

All things considered, I'm generally happy with the service.
