In all my years I have rarely used them, but when I did, it was because of snow etc etc.. They were always very accommodating and good...


And yes, there is a but a very big BUT.... the last time I used them to change the date for a voucher ticket... I had to inform her that yes it can be done... Now if I had to do that... then this lady was more ignorant than I am...That was a big shock to me. And she argued with me on top of it.
