sometimes yes, sometimes no it really does not seem to matter.
two times I called at the same time that I made the charge to ensure that it would not be declined but that did not seem to help either as fraud dept seems to be outsourced and so I still got a call from some overseas call center about the very thing cs told me was ok. The most confusing issue is why they are so quick to decline airfare tkts? If I was making a fraudulent purchase the seemly last thing I would buy is airfare no?
also, there is a limit on the # of trans per a day this cc will allow, mine is set on the highest 20 per a day, something else i have come to learn.
using this card for travel is in my case and that of a friend of mine who often travels with me, but with a completely different addy, a very frustrating experience.
