You were right. I transferred 40k points to my account and can now see the rates. BUT, even though I'm gold, I'm being quoted 50k for a night in a king beach villa or twin beach villa. Not 40k or 37.5k, but rather 50k. (Yep, I'm gold). Any idea?
Separately, want to book a king water villa, not beach... the rate of 462,000 points is, well, a bit high, but more than happy to book a king beach and then pay $300 (or whatever) to upgrade -- does anyone know how that works? i called hhonors and she said it was not possible, though I got the feeling she was fairly new at her job.
