This is not proof, it really proves nothing other than substantiating you were in the general area in question.

You should be able to get a copy of it, it may be possible that they could not mail it to you because of an international address, although that does not absolve them of providing proof to you.

You actually did authorize them via your rental contract. You should still be able to get proof though.
