How did u receive this email, when did it arrive, I did not appear to get it.

This is by far the most frustrating card I have ever owned,
because I try to make airfare purchases in foreign countries it always get rejected and I have to call fraud dept. they changed my "matrix?" on fraud to most premissive setting but compared to saphire card this card rejects nearly every tkt I try to buy.

they dont even like ba.com in the usa
