Programs: 14 years AA exp, but no more; & 1MM+, QR-PLT (ow EMD) MR-LTT, HH Gold

MH online booking management does not recognize AA generated Record Locator (some call it booking ref code).
I ended up calling AA and AA transferred me to MH to finally get seats assigned. When asked why can't I do seat selection online. Replied, "you have to call us".
