Yeah, I think everybody is getting that. Not enough to make me particularly excited to use the card. I still buy airline tickets with the PenFed AMEX for the 5%, but that's about it with PenFed these days. I'd recommend signing up for the Citi Preferred for 1 year to get 5% on gas, groceries and pharmacies. Unlike PenFed, they haven't recently "devalued," and 1 point is still worth 1.33 for airline tickets.
