Be sure when you call for the shuttle, they specify exactly where you are to meet the shuttle. You may have to walk up or down a set of steps.

Just so you know, I've had to wait over an hour for that shuttle late at night before. And this is the hotel where I once encountered a couple eager career gals in the elevator who wanted to stop by my room when they got done with the man in the room to which they were heading.

I wouldn't stay in that hotel for all the money in the world, especially if "we" includes children.
