My partner and I are flying to JFK on Friday in F on a Amex 241 redemption booking, and she has a connecting flight from GLA to LHR. They were booked separately, and when I asked You First they said they cannot be connected together (because the JFK leg is a redemption booking), but to ask at checkin and they might (no guarantees) be able to check the bags through to JFK.

The question is, does anyone know if my partner will get the full F luggage allowance from GLA? She is planning on taking 2 bags as we're taking easter presents to my niece and nephews in the states.
