Have generally found them to be quicker to answer (usually immediately) but sometimes up to 2-3 minutes wait.
I haven't had any specific issues they have not been able to solve - but, for example, when I was trying to get on to a full flight last week I was the one who had to suggest reservation assurance - they didn't offer it as an option, which surprised me as at least they should have thought about proposing it.
